How We Work

1. Introductory Call (30 Minutes)

We begin with a brief, no-obligation conversation.

You’ll share your product idea at a high level, where you are in the development process, the challenges you’re facing, and the outcomes you’re aiming for. This call helps us determine whether Enginery is the right partner for your needs.

If we’re not the best fit, we’ll do our best to point you toward someone who is.

2. Alignment & Confidentiality

If we decide to move forward, we’ll put a Service Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place.

There is still no commitment to begin work at this stage. The purpose is to allow open, detailed, technical discussion so we can fully understand your product, risks, and priorities.

We’ll schedule a deeper working session to clarify scope, constraints, and where Enginery can add the most value.

3. Statement of Work (SOW)

Based on those discussions, Enginery prepares a Statement of Work outlining:

Scope of services
Deliverables
Timeline expectations
A best-faith cost estimate

All work is performed on a Time and Materials basis.

This means:

You are billed only for actual hours worked
Estimates are provided transparently
If work begins to exceed the original estimate, you are informed and approval is obtained before proceeding

This structure provides flexibility. If priorities shift or you choose to pause the project, you are only responsible for work completed to that point.
